Speed dial is showing blank page - can you help?

Speed dial was working fine -now when I click on the icon I get a blank page. the down arrow at the side of the icon leads to my 2 groups and each of these then shows a list of all my links - so they are not lost - they are just not displaying on the speed dial page. I know I could just uninstall and reinstall - but then I'd lose all my links. Is there anyway of fixing this without reinstalling? Thanks for any help. Jayne.

Your above posted system details show multiple Java Console extensions.

You can uninstall (remove) the Java Console extensions, you do not need them to run Java applets.
