i have downloaded both toolbar files, which show up in download window. After double clicking to install various instructions appear. Installation appears to take place, but no toolbars show up on webpage or in View/ Toolbars. What to do??

The Canon easy-web toolbar is for Internet Explorer only. Firefox and IE use different systems to create toolbars, a toolbar created for IE will not work in Firefox.
