about a month ago my no squint started playing up upon morning boot up. i update firefox and no squint was working beautiful until then the settings in no squint are unworkable for a couple of hours and i have to use ctrl- mouse wheel to lower the zoom level on every page. some pages go the opposite and are so tiny and are un readable. i have uninstalled and reinstalled these adons as well as default zoom. any help would be appreciated thanks Mark.

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Preferences_not_saved

You can rename the file content-prefs.sqlite to content-prefs.sqlite.old (or delete the file) in the Profile Folder to reset the page zoom on all sites.

You have or had an extension installed (MegaUpload toolbar) that has changed the user agent from Firefox/3.6.13 to Firefox/3.6.3

  • Firefox/3.6.3;MEGAUPLOAD 1.0

You can check the general.useragent prefs on the about:config page.
You can open the about:config page via the location bar, just like you open a website.
Filter: general.useragent
If general.useragent prefs are bold (user set) then you can right-click that pref and choose Reset.
