why there is a jumping and redirecting to unwanted site when I click on my search on google or other search engine?

Anytime I search anything by any search engine like Google or Yahoo , when I click on any subject to enter the related site , my computer goes to another site (unwanted jumping or redirecting) and these sites are usually commercial site and I can't go to selected site then I have to copy the address of site and paste it to use it as address bar. Its make me sad and I reinstall Firefox two times but it back again . do you think its a kind of Virus ? I already checked my computer by MacAfee and there is no Virus .Do you think my Virus killer make proxy? Please help me .
