Firefox loads a blank page or is just stopping when I try to load a my financial statement from a secure site. I tried disabling and completely removing AVG 9 security software. Now what???
I believe this statement is still a .pdf file. Other unsecure websites still work fine when downloading a pdf file.

I don't have an answer yet. I have had my spouse searching the browser for an answer without a solution. He was able to get the job done by using the IE browser. So, what is the problem with our recent up-grade to FireFox?
