when i try to print a page from certain web sites ( my bank account, the food network, fidelity investments and others) i get a message that i need to check my printer cable and power supply, etc. i can go thru the cut and paste procedure but would rather not. if i bring up the same site on my wife's internet explorer, the print function works fine. we have a dell dimension e310 and a hp officejet 6500 wireless printer. can you help me with this problem?
