I can't see the google logo or any other icons on the home page. I also don't see any control icons in gmail.

When I open Google, the logo or search buttons do not appear. When I open Gmail, the buttons like Reply, Refresh, Back, Forward, etc. are invisible.

May I suggest to try reinstalling Adobe flash player. It worked for me.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

Firefox > Preferences > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
