While playing farmvillle the hand used to do whatever task turns into an arrow and will not let me move or ask for anything. Help .Please.

My farmvill eresetup is not allowing me to ask for items in a task, send gifts, open my gift envelope ....all because the hand used to click on each item, turns into an arrow and it will not allow me to do whatever I need to do. I usually start out with a hand, pointed finger, and almost immediately it turns into an arrow. Is there any way I can set the hand to stay. I have played for more than a year and am ready to quit...Please help.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
