Why does firefox append %0DX-ontent-Length: 0 to the URL of my Wordpress Site? No other browser does this.

Makes every page throw a 404 error.

This ONLY happens with Firefox. Not with IE, Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc.

Your browser is corupted you need to reinstall it, you will keep all your bookmarks.
