Hi,

While installing the latest firefox upgrade my computer froze. I had to hard reset it since it was stuck in loop for more then 30 minutes.

Now avery time I open firefox, a new window appears and freeze within the next second or 2. When I click in the window, windows tells me that firefox is not responding.

I've tried reinstalling and the same thing happens.

I've tried to reboot in safemode but the same thing happens.

The crash ID i've found seems to be old... it's from 2011.
