How to make mailto link work with Firefox 10.0.2?
Recently I just upgrade my Firefox to version 10, but the mailto function doesn't work anymore, for example, before if there was an Email-address in a website, I could just click it, and firefox will open a new tab with my Gmail account, but now, no new Tab will open, on the left bottom corner, "mailto: something@something.com" will be displayed. Why isn't it working like before? Does this has something to do with my add-ons?
I have checked the: Options>>Aplications>>mail to, everything is fine there, the default is "Gmail". I changed it to "Yahoo", the same problem, Firefox 10 doesn't open new Tab.

You can verify if an add-on is interfering by starting Firefox in Safe Mode.
Troubleshooting Extensions and Themes
If the problem persists, you can try to Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults: and Make Changes and Restart in the safe mode startup screen.
You can also try a new profile and if everything is okay, you can later copy the needed files into the new profile.
I tried "'Reset all user preferences to Firefox default'" and "Make Changes and Restart", now everything is fine. Mailto works again, although in the same Tab, I'm looking for a Add-on to make it open in a new tab.
