cannot open facebook - have had this problem since yester
Hey - i canot open facebook since yesterday . Sometimes after a while there comes a little window and ask if i want to open the side as pure text . Sometimes i can come in to the side but nothing is working, does not answere when clicking on any button. Now i have deleted history and now it says : The connection to the server was interrupted while the page loaded.

Flash 11+ requires OS X 10.6 or later, so the latest Flash plugin for Mac OS X is the 10.3 version that you have and you can't update.
It is probably the same with Silverlight

Check and tell if its working.
May not be related to your problem but some of your Firefox Plugins are out-dated, so you need to Update them.

- http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
- When Downloading Plugins setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)

Are you using a normal connection or a secure connection with Facebook?
I got this error message once:
"Review your last login
Someone recently tried to log into your user account from an unknown device or mobile device. Since you have enabled logging alerts, the user account temporarily locked.
Please complete the following steps to access the user account again."
But I was not able to complete the steps, the connection failed.... What to do? :-/
Which steps were you advised to perform?
You can try to clear the recent history of the last hour and include Active Logins, Cookies, and Cache.
If clearing the cookies doesn't help then it is possible that the file cookies.sqlite that stores the cookies is corrupted.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
Thank you everybody for helping me. I dont now what happen, but now it works fine. I had problems in all browsers, also the new one i downloaded.But this morning my facbook is in normal condition again :-)
