every time Firefox freezes it causes my Dragon naturallyspeaking version 11.5 and 12 to freeze and watching videos on YouTube with Firefox I never had this problem using Firefox 3.6.3 which is the best version that works best for Dragon because when Firefox 3.6.3 freezes I can close the window or open task manager which I can't do with the new Firefox version I completely rely on dragon because of my disability and I need people to restart the computer when Firefox freezes every time I have to use Google Chrome Now since it does not freeze my Dragon but it's not completely compatible please help

You can check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:

  • disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
  • disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
  • downgrade the Flash player to version 10.3
