If I mak Firefox my default browsr, will the appearance of my Desktop Icons change? I had this problem with Goog. Chrom. I am using Wind. XP and Inter. Expl. 8.

When I made Google Chrome my default browser, the appearance of my desktop Icons was (nearly) completely changed. Will I experience this if I make Firefox my default browser? I could just go ahead and try Firefox as my default browser and see what happens, but I am running Mozilla Fences and have spent a lot of time getting the appearance of the desktop icons just the way I want them to be.

Firefox shouldn't change the icon of anything except files you set for it to open as deafult. For example, if you have an HTML file on your desktop and set Firefox to open it by default, it will change the icon to Firefox.
