Did you try to contact that company?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

What do you mean by "epic browser" ? I see that you are using version 16.0. Our current release version is 18.0, I suggest you to get the newest version so we can assist you with the best of our abilities.
