The owner of the 'pipe' controls access to the 'valve'. He's not "hacking" your PC, he is blocking access on his internet connection for specific websites.

the pipe owner is just a motel..i think a hacker is usurping my ip addy as far as fb is concerned. others can access fb from this site..if it is as you say the owner of the pipe is unaware of it..what now?

You should always make sure to use strong passwords to avoid getting hacked via a dictionary look up.

its not my password..its the owner of the wifi..she is hacked..her wifi needs a new password from what i understand..my ip address is hacked only from this one site..this one wifi site..and only onto facebook..odd..someone has hacked my ability to get onto facebook from this one site..get it? I can get onto fb from any other location..but this one..odd..but it says that the owner of the wifi needs to change her password..
