I no longer see the "open with" option on the down load window after clicking "do this automatically for files like this". How can I revert this in order to have the option to open or save file again? I have Windows Vista and Firefox 19.0.2 Thank you.

hello, you can change the default action for certain filetypes in firefox > options > applications.

Thank you. but changing the default action changes the program the file is opened with. My problem is that I can only "save" the file and I don't have the "open with" option in the down load window which saves it to a temporary file. This happened after I accidentally checked the "do this automatically for files like this" box when I had checked the "save file" instead of the "open with" box. Any Ideas on how to get the "open with" showing again? Thanks again for your help.
does it work when you set the default action for this filetype back to "always ask" in the options panel i've described before?
No it doesn't. I only see the "save" option not the "open with".
I'm sorry. It does work now. I had set the always ask option for the wrong type of file. It now works. Thank you very much for your help.
