Wow by the troubleshooting info, you have lots of problems.

Remove the following addons from the control panel....

  • InternetHelper3.1 10.16.9.506
  • Slick Savings 2.7
  • and anything conduit based

Now... Remove a possible user.js file

and use the search reset tool
