When we open firefox and it goes to its home page its stuck and unresponsive but when I accessed it from a norton feedback its fine until I end up back at the home page then its stuck again.

Sorry, but apparently there was a problem with Mozilla's service that updates the "snippet" that appears below the search box. If you happened to open Firefox at the wrong moment and got the bad snippet, you need to clear it out to resolve this issue. Could you try the solution in this thread: Firefox hangs on the default Start Page.
