Hello you seems to be running an Old version of Firefox, please update it and check if your problem goes away or not.

By default, Firefox is set to automatically update itself but you can always do a manual update. Here's how:

  • At the top of the Firefox window click the Firefox button, go over to the Help menu and select About Firefox.
  • The About Firefox window will open and Firefox will begin checking for updates and downloading them automatically.

Update Win1 Fx14

  • When the updates are ready to be installed, click Restart to Update.

Update Win2 Fx14

Important: If the update didn't start, didn't complete or there was some other problem, please download and install a fresh copy. .

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem
