It doesnt appear to be phishing email as the link points me directly to my already logged in firefox account.

Under connected services I see "Unknown" that I'm not able to sign out of.

This seems concerning, and it appears im not alone

I'm currently having an issue with the above:

Every time I clear everything (cookies, data, cache etc), close Firefox then immediately open it again additional data appears. This never used to happen before. Why is this? For example, just before sending this message it stated 0 bytes. When closing and opening F. again there were 76 bytes. Earlier today, after the same procedure there were 315 bytes of data! So Firefox is not clearing data as it used to. I use Norton AntiVirus and Nord VPN and have just done a disc clean-up but there is still the same problem when they are turned off. Where is this data coming from if I am not using any programs, the internet, nothing; only opening Firefox? Please advise as I suspect there may be hackers sniffing around my computer. I have changed the Browser Privacy to Strict.

Nord VPN also has a security option like Firefox. Is it okay to keep both on simultaneously or will they conflict? What is the best option out of the two if you recommend using only one?

Hi I'm having issues with cyber-hacking and it's happening especially when using Mozilla Firefox. Is there any help you might be able to offer or point me in the direction to get some help with hackers who are more like domestic terrorists? Hey Guys, you do a great Job with your develpment of ff, tb and all the other stuff. Have eben using f now for two decades BUT everything ported to Android sucks. "Features" i easily can disable in Desktop Version either one Unix or win x86_am64 or addons. This ist the exact oposite!!! I do Not need any Security or invalid Adresse warning or Blocks, Just give me the ability to do the Same as in Desktop... About:config or Just Go directly to the Adresse i Put ineither IP Adresse or without HTTPS. Just give me a APK or a download Link to geht IT in my own, without all the useless bs. Thank you so much!!!

I have gone into about:config and changed all the telemetry entries et al to false to prevent as much datareporting as possible - what I want to do is prevent Firefox (135) from creating the 'datareprting' folder in my profile folder. I delete it every time I go into Firefox, which is an everyday pain because it returns with EVERY new session. I delete it 1. because they don't need it, and 2. more importantly, firefox is NOTICEABLY faster once it is deleted. People have been asking this since like FF 40. Can anyone solve this?

There is this unknown device which signed into my account 19 days ago and when I click sign out nothing happens. It is impossible to remove it from my end, can you assist with this. Refer to the screenshot, thank you.

When I go to enmax.com using Firefox (up-to-date as of this posting) on my iPhone 8+ (iOS 16.7.10 up-to-date) I get a screen that says SSL error.

Safari and Chrome i get no SSL error, although I originally did also. Those 2 browsers eventually asked if I wanted to continue and trust it (see safari certificate pic below) and everything there is ok now. I like Firefox though and would like to use it.

There are no buttons or links of any sort on the Firefox SSL error screen to ‘continue anyway’.

I have done the app shutdown, phone restart and airplane mode toggle and tried enmax.com on different WiFi and 4G. No soap. It’s like there was a bad certificate that hs been fixed and Firefox is not taking it or letting go of the old one??

Suggestions? Other than to get a new phone?

I have been having issues with some websites that use Location services on my Android devices. A few different websites that regularly update location keep reverting to blocked after I set them to allowed. I have cleared the cache, checked all of the settings and set them to "Allow always" and I still have this issue. I don't even have to refresh the website. I simply close the settings area on Firefox mobile and it immediately goes back to blocked. I know other people have been having this issue and I haven't seen a single thing from Mozilla about this. Any updates on this issue?

I frequently (almost after every use), close all browser tabs and clear cache and website data. I would love a shortcut or simpler way to do this without having to drill down so far in settings. Is there a way to create a shortcut for this?
