Unable to copy paste from a popup that is part of a specific software. I can do this in IE, but not in Firefox

We use BMC Remedy (ITSM) to track our work and it has a popup for the expiry date for each ticket. When I click on the link, a box pops up with the information, everything except the expiry date can be highlighted, but it is the expiry date that I need to copy. I can copy this info when in IE, but not in Firefox. We are not allowed to install anything on our computers directly from the internet.

You are using a version of Firefox that is 10 versions behind it's supported version. It is not safe to use on the internet. Please either update to Firefox 30, or contact your company's IT department for an update.
