Firefox doesn't want to unblock a website I want to use in one of my javascript programs even though I put the web address in the allow box.

I am running a script from one of my folders which accesses a web page. I enter the web page into the allow box when the script is blocked. I can't enter my folder address because firefox doesn't like web addresses that start with "file:///" so that means that all my scripts, which only I can determine are safe and since I wrote them they are, are not allowed to run on a firefox browser.

Hot key <Control> O

You may find an add-on that can place an icon on your toolbar.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.
