Is someone able to analyize my crash report please?
I hope to get some direction with FF crashes, I am getting between 10 & 20 crashes per month. Just recently it's gone crazy. I never get any response from crash reports submitted???

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
All of your crash reports show an Out Of Memory problem. But only one report showed high memory usage. The other reports were less then 40 percent.
Also, the file; lpxpcom.dll was flagged. Do you have LastPass?
Firefox uses too much memory (RAM) - How to fix This article describes how to make Firefox use less memory to make it run faster and prevent crashes.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;
Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar
Select Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?
Then restart.

I never get any response from crash reports submitted??? Crash reports are submitted to the Mozilla servers for the programers to go thru. For help with them, the user gets a list of the report numbers and post them here for us to go thru. Most of the time, we can solve the problem. But sometimes we get something that a bug report is made.
These are the 10 most recent errors, similar list to what I submitted at the start of this thread. bp-8e3c8957-0f40-48aa-ba2a-30be92141019 19/10/2014 2:10 PM bp-be04f3d9-575c-418c-acf7-734b42141018 18/10/2014 8:04 PM bp-474657e4-e8e7-4d5e-bb01-83c752141018 18/10/2014 5:39 PM bp-6e46c5a8-f70b-4e32-8f0a-9d6522141018 18/10/2014 12:08 PM bp-b19134b9-055f-4f25-8548-49da62141018 18/10/2014 11:40 AM bp-2ef9e16b-be87-449c-a39c-fef8d2141018 18/10/2014 11:40 AM bp-034d80c1-e7b8-4472-b26a-c9f182141018 18/10/2014 11:39 AM bp-12ac489c-5ccc-45bc-a9ac-cd3022141018 18/10/2014 11:39 AM bp-c53df39e-cdb7-447a-91dc-89d722141017 17/10/2014 11:20 PM bp-a0088fbe-7e34-4bbb-b5ca-f30d92141017
The below errors are ones without bp in front, since May 20104

I do use lastpass as my password manager, is that an issue? I will try the FF memory suggestion. Thanks heaps for trying to assist me....
That last group of crash reports will not not likely to be useful.
A Last Pass file was flagged. If you have that, please disable it.
Try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
@ FredMcD, I disabled lastpass to see if the crashes stopped. FF stayed up for a few hours & then crashed. This is the crash report number

These were flagged;.
idmcchandler2.dll = Internet Download Manager module
atiumdag.dll = Windows
Process related issues are usually related to problems encountered by the application that runs it. A safe way to stop these errors is to uninstall the application
I found this link. Read the page, but using any fix from it could have risk. http://www.solvusoft.com/en/files/missing-not-found-error/dll/windows/tonec-inc/internet-download-manager-module/idmcchandler2-dll/
This is flagged in the other report;
IDMShellExt.dll = Internet Download Manager
One article I read said to use Malwarebytes Antimalware (free version) and TDSSKiller
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller
- AdwCleaner (for more info, see this alternate AdwCleaner download page)
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!
Found another flagged file;
ashShell.dll = avast! Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
Thanks for your help all, I have opened a couple of crash reports to get an understanding of my own system. There is a lot of data there, what should I be looking at to point me to the error source? Being asked to turn off all of the extensions I assume is a fault finding exercise, if & when things are sorted will FF allow me to run these again??
The report itself very complicated. There are some things that you can understand, but it takes time. I am still learning myself.
Hi it's me again, I have been on holiday for a fortnight. Since being back I had these two occurrences of rapid crashes. I still have most add-ons disabled from previous correspondence.

These are the same links & all have been sent ( have bp as a prefix ) When I wait for the link to open there is no option to send the report but I noticed when I clicked the link it added a bp prefix?????

Process Type plugin Shockwave Flash Version:15.0.0
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/adobe-flash-plugin-has-crashed
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-issues-with-plugins-fix-problems
Thanks for the reply, Firefox indicates my flash plugin is out of date. From what I'm reading Firefox plugin updater is not giving a correct assessment. I have disabled all of my plugins & I will see if I can run my pc without them. I will keep you in the loop.
Flash Player v15.0.0.189 http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Shockwave Director v12.1.3.153 http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
I updated Flash before & saw in the installation of FF plugin as part of process, it was ticked. I'll monitor how things go for the time being thanks. I was given a link that showed me the status of the plugins, I can't find where it was to show you what it was telling me......
