Actually, this posting (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1010981?esab=a&as=aaq) discussed my problem exactly. However, I don't see any resolution there. The guy explains exactly what I am experiencing now. I tried to disable hardware acceleration, but it didn't work. First of all, do mozilla try to solve this problem? The previous issue was posted 4 months ago, and mozilla didn't let the guy knows your resolution. I am suspicious if mozilla really solve this problem. FYI, I copy/paste the message. "When the browser is not restarted for couple of days say around a week, the right click options is not fully displayed. We need to scroll for the options. After couple of hours the right click options does not display the tiny window full and the scroll option is also gone. Need to restart the browser to make it work again.

The next time it happens will past the snapshot of the problem. "

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.

I will be trying, but I am super suspicious if this is working. I had 3 macs, and all has the same problem. Anyway, let me try this first. This will take a week to see if this is working.

Thanks,

Such issues can also be a font problem, so if you made any changes to font or have a large number of fonts installed then you can check that.

You can check for corrupted and duplicate fonts and other font issues:

Another update. I tried to run `/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-bin -p` in laptop screen and thunderbolt monitor screen. In laptop --> OK In Thunderbolt, it is smaller (you can see from attached screen shot). I don't know how this is related to this issue, but just I want to let you know about this. Moreover, I couldn't change the size.

Hi cor-el@,

It turned out that new profile didn't work. The box became smaller again. I attached the screenshot.
