When I try to import a bookmark file nothing appears, anywhere, in the "Library" (this used to work).

My bookmarks on my office computer are called Norms_bookmarks.html. When I try to import a 2nd bookmark file, Norms_bookmarks_x.html from my home computer, Norms_bookmarks_x.html does not appear anywhere in the "Library" (lots of useless things, like "Recent tags" and "Recently bookmarked" are generated but no where, in any folder, can I find Norms_bookmarks_x.html

Please update to the most recent version of Firefox:

I understand that you are importing multiple bookmark html files into a profile, however the second imported file do not show any bookmarks.

Are the two files different sets of bookmarks?

Note that importing an HTML file will merge the bookmark links in the HTML file with existing bookmarks. So you would have to search in the library for bookmarks that are in the Norms_bookmarks_x.html file.

You can open this file in Firefox to check if it is working.
