So, I had to reset Firefox to its default settings due to a very persistent search engine, and ever since I did, when I right click on a lin and select either 'Open in New Tab' or 'Open in New Window' nothing happens. I can only left click now. And please, don't suggest an app or a plug-in. It did it before, I just want it to do it now.

Did you already install extensions or themes in the new profile?

If menu items aren't working then the most likely cause is an extension that isn't working properly.
