Mozilla Crash Reporter occurs every time I try to start Firefox.
I have been running FireFox for years. I am using Windows 10. Today, when I clicked on FireFox to bring it up, I got a "Mozilla Crash Report" dialog with the following info:

This report also contains technical information about the state of the application when it crashed.
After getting this repeatedly, I uninstalled FireFox and downloaded (using IE) a clean current version of FireFox from your website. I have the same problem. I use Norton as my security suite. I also ran Malwarebyte and the Norton Power Eraser. Still have problem. Help!!

hi, looking closer at those reports, it looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your systems control panel and remove any software labled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.
