While using thunderbird it crashed after displaying a 'thunderbird has closed due to a problem' message. I tried re-booting and re-starting the computer and program multiple times but it continued to display the message then crash. I then re-installed thunderbird. Upon opening I was asked to setup my email accounts which I did. I have three emails on my computer. All saved emails and folders for my bigpond account have disappeared as did my address book. All emails and folders from the other 2 addresses have come back. These are hosted by another server. I tried searching for my old profile but can only locate the default profile created with the new install.
