Hi, not an ad-blocker that I'm familiar with, but try clicking on the uBlock button that should be on your toolbar, then edit your preferences to remove Gmail - if you can't see the button, look in the 3-bar menu - Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

There may also be more options in the Add-ons Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A > Extensions).
