Can open Thunderbird but folders won't open.

Opened Thunderbird, mail downloaded but Stuck on Thunderbird Inbox greeting. Seems to be locked. Tried uninstalling it and re-install but have same problem. Non of the folders will open.

Have tried to get a screenshot using the instructions above but was unsuccessful. Might be because I don't have a printer hooked up to computer. But that's a different problem.

Anyway, I did a little playing around last night and did the following: 1. uninstalled Thunderbird using a software removal tool (Revo) and made sure everything was gone. 2. rebooted computer 3 reinstalled Thunderbird.

After the reinstall ~ every thing is back to normal.
