I tried to add the xtra.co.nz address but TB tried to go through paradise, to xtra but you cant do that they are opposition. Can I setup mail on two different providers?

Please provide some information:

1. Exactly how is Thunderbird not allowing you to create more accounts? If you see an error message, then please post here a screenshot showing us what you are seeing. How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

2. Post here your Thunderbird Troubleshooting Information:
