can not recieve or send through thunderbird (outlook)
when trying to get my emails from outlook(hotmail) i get 2 error message's first saying i am authorized second saying server might be down i have reinstalled thunderbird installed earlier version etc nothing helps now and then suddenly i do get some mail (if lucky) then it just does not work the bad part is by trying all that i did lose all my e-mails i had on the computer since it does af course not sync either! So is it a error on thunderbird side or did outlook block other mail servers now from downloading the e-mails from there server without opening there damn e-mail program? since i tried a few other prgrams like opera mail zimbra pegagus but non of them can download or send either

Successful access via your web browser using http is no guarantee that the pop/imap/smtp servers used by email clients are all working.
My settings for outlook are as follows:
account12: INCOMING: account12, , (imap) outlook.office365.com:993, SSL, passwordCleartext OUTGOING: , smtp.office365.com:587, SSL, passwordCleartext, true
But downdetector tells us that other UK users are having trouble. Where are you?
i am in canada and not on office365 if i use that its no even connecting mine is just mail.outlook.com port are the same
