If you still have Outlook installed, follow these instructions to export the contacts to vCards (.vcf files).

To import multiple vCards to TB, see this post.

Thank you for responding to my question. However, Outlook 2003 offers no way to export my Contacts as vCard files (not even sure what vCard files are). Any other solutions available?

Thanking you in advance, YALEFORESTER65

Did you try the method of forwarding the contacts as vCards and then dragging them to the Desktop? I don't have O2003 to test.

Another way is to export to a csv file, but importing that to TB is often more complicated than importing vCards.
