3rd party add-ons are a security risc. Why has Firefox not a custom "Default Zoom Level" in times of HiDPI displays ? A simple entry in about:config would be great!

thx

Hi,

In 'about:config' there is this preference that affects user interface and web pages (global zoom) :

layout.css.devPixelsPerPx

It's default value is -1.

If you want to change the value you can set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx to e.g. 1.0 Adjust its value in 0.1 or 0.05 steps (1.1 or 0.9) until icons and/ or text look okay to you.
