In "Email" on my iPhone, with the list of emails on the screen, I selected "Edit", then checked off about 350 emails, then put them in the Trash bin. I didn't realize that on my computer, they'd be in the Trash bin as well. Now I want to put them back where they were. How do I do this?

You might want to Google IMAP email so you know how it works. It is server based so anything you do at the server or from any device is reflected everywhere.
