FlashUtil32_30_0_0_113_Plugin.exe , never heard of it and if it is a virus which I believe it is it will be stopping you from going to adobe as part of it's code as is random appearances.
If you would please Find and uninstall it from Windows add/Remove - Programs and Features.
Only download Flash from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Please note Firefox Support for Vista ends next month.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista if you don't already have one. Windows 8/10 have antivirus protection built-in.
Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

p.s : i can go on the adobe forum but can't login as seen on the screenshot https://i.imgur.com/PeCZbEV.jpg ( sorry but is in italian language but hope is understandable basically says The Page Don't Redirect Correctly and that can be because of cookies but i have them already active... )

I think that Flashutil is the Flash updater that is part of the Flash installation. The actual Flash plugin for Firefox is named NPSWF32_##_0_0_xxx.dll

That right there should not happen if it is a legit install. You should email Adobe and ask them about the software. FF enduser forum can't help with Adobe software issues.
the problem of redirect described before is a firefox problem i believe , i wanted infact ask on theyr forum but firefox don't let me login because of that redirect problem https://i.imgur.com/PeCZbEV.jpg as can be seen in this screenshot...hope someone could tell me how solve at least this redirect problem... thank you very much

any help after all this time for this problem of redirection ?
This was responded to in another post of OP's to follow through with the Malware scan as per information given and that Kaspersky is not a dedicated anti-malware company or program. It is virus and firewall.
OP was asked to search for and upload to Virus total as well if was found. FlashUtil32_30_0_0_113_Plugin.exe

Adobe makes 2 installers 1 for Netscape based and one for IE, in I think Win version 8 the installer was downloaded with Windows updates and it still is continued like that and can not be manually installed.
So no idea as is not the right file name for either of them.
But see if this remover works : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

You were asked to do this, no answer to the request. If being redirected these will find it. As to why, no idea, it is a Security issue/malware or a adobe issue and not a Firefox issue.
FlashUtil32/64_<version>_Plugin.exe is the 32/64-bit Flash updater, so if this file is in the Macromed\Flash directory then there is probably nothing to worry.
