I previously asked for help on my frozen thunderbird was instructed to try booting it in safe mode with networking enabled. However I couldn't get any internet connection to work while doing this. I decided the easiest thing would be to uninstall and reinstall, but when I reinstalled, the program is exactly the way it was before, and still has all my information, so how do I do complete uninstall to prevent this?
