Youtube videos download but freeze at startup
Youtube videos suddenly don't play anymore. They download but freeze at startup.

The play button wouldn't do anything. Everything just stayed frozen at 0:00. However, I looked at my add-ons again, disabled an extension I didn't remember seeing before, and now my Youtube videos play fine. The extension was "HTML5 Video Everywhere!"--not sure how or when that got enabled. Thanks.

FF Browser doesn't download youtube it only plays from the site. So some clarification is needed here.

Nothing happens when you click on the white triangle at the left end of the progress bar ?
