Why are background colors and text colors (other than B&W or colors in linked text) showing up? I've been having this problem for a couple months. Tnx

The background colors in enewsletters aren't showing up. All backgrounds are just white.

Also, none of the different colors in text are showing up in emails. The only colors other than black that are showing up are in linked text.

I also can't change the color of text when I'm creating an email. No matter what color I choose, the text stays black.

This problem started a couple of months ago.

Thanks for your help.

Click on 'Write' retry the text using the font colours etc. Report back on results.

That fixed it!

One note: "Use system colors" was already unchecked. I did select the high-contrast only choice and that fixed it.

Thank you
