Use FF on Kubuntu 18.04, latest version. Usually FF correctly saves the passwords. But on a certain site, on which I had already saved two accounts with psw, not having immediately saved the password (I did not do anything, the pop-up window has disappeared by itself), does not ask me anymore if I want to save it. I checked and that site is not among the exceptions (which do not save the psw). Can you help me?

Eureka! Since one of the two already registered logins was useless, I edited it (replacing the useless user and psw with the useful one) and so I solved it.

Are you using any password add-ons/programs?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

There are some web pages that do not allow browsers to record or fill in the log-in information. But a Form Filling add-on still works.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

Thank you, but: 1) No, any add-on program; 2) Safe-mode does not resolve (already tried); 3) That site allow to save the login information (and I said "on which I had already saved two accounts with psw"); is that e-mail that is not possible save, I believe because I did not save at once the password the first time.

That was very good work. Well done.

The issue is very strange. Perhaps there is a limit on how many passwords the manager holds for one website.

Yes, very strange. But I don't think there is a similar limit. Thank you
