Please help us. We bought new computers with windows 10. All of our emails and the hundreds of addresses are stored on the old Windows 7 . We loaded everything onto thumb drives. We installed the new version of Thunderbird on the W10 computers. Every help message we tried started with step one: click on "menu". Where is the menu button??? Is it somewhere on the old version that we used for 5 years, or on the new version. Please help us. WE cannot find the "menu" to begin the sequence that we continually find on how to transfer our e-mail system to the new computers. We are not people who use all the technojargon and the three and four letter type contractions that your techno geeks like to use. We are all folks in our late 70's and we just don't know all that strange language. Where can we find an understandable source to load our old emails onto the TBird that we installed on the new computers. Please help us. Thank You.

If the Menu Bar is hidden, press the Alt key to show it, then under View/Toolbars, make sure the Menu Bar is checked so it's not hidden.

There is a tutorial and video here that explains how to move the Thunderbird folder from a Windows computer to another Windows computer.
