The form needs to be complete at a later date. The form provider said the form "is stored in your browser in the "my requests page." Where can I find this form?

Some data can be stored in the disk cache and other data in cookies or other forms of local storage, but it is not guaranteed that you can continue where you left off. If you use "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear the cache and cookies then your chances are minimal and you will likely be out of luck.

It most likely is stored on their side of the browser not on the Browser itself. If this is a login site then there is nothing stored on the firefox Browser. It's saved on their site and continues where you left of when you login to their site again.
