Por favor, verifica si tienes un nuevo perfil de Firefox.

Para hacerlo, puedes utilizar el comando -P desde la linea de comandos de Windows

(Inicio -> Ejecutar -> y escribes el comando)

firefox -P

Es posible que tengas un perfil nuevo y un perfil viejo, y que tu información esté en el perfil viejo.
