DOH not resolving web site
I have found that while using DOH, FF is not able to resolve for a web site "http://www.pbssystems.com" The TRR result enclosed show that DOH is active but Cloudflare is not resolving. this was done in the YYZ, Toronto,Canad area.
Can anyone provide any diagnostic to further test the failure to resolve this web site?

I tested the dns lookup tool "about:networking#dnslookuptool" and it successfully resolves to IP 65.110.166.3. But firefox is unable to bring the site which I know is valid by testing it on other networks.
When I check by using cmd.exe and
nslookup www.pbssystems.com
I get
Non-authoritative answer: Name: www.pbssystems.com Address: 23.236.62.147
So CloudFlare is giving a completely different address for some reason.

Do they have a support email?
Actually, the site looks different every time I reload it. Maybe it is under (re)construction.
That does not explain why I am getting resolution properly for the web site while using my ISP Vmedia inc, but not through DOH on Firefox which resolves the connection correctly to 65.110.166.3.
