When I'm sending a reply I expect the cursor to be above the message that I'm replying to, how do I achieve this in Thunderbird?
Presumably there is a setting somewhere to make sure that you can type your reply above the text of the message that you're replying to - obviously I can move the cursor, but it will be tedious to have to do that for every single message I ever send - no other email app I've used has placed the incoming text above your reply. I'm sure there is a simple setting for this somewhere, but I don't seem to be able to find it; a pointer in the right direction will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Click on Composition and Addressing in the Left Navigation Pane Under Composition Click the Second Checkbox Down "Quote Original Message when Replying" And From the Drop Down Menu below that "When Quoting:" Choose "Start my reply above the Quote." And Click the OK Button
