1) How do I create a folder to store emails in? To create a top level folder: Right click on the mail account name folder in the left Folder Pane and select 'New Folder' from the drop down list of options. Type name of folder and click on 'Create Folder' button.

To create a subfolder to a folder: Right click on the folder in the left Folder Pane and select 'New Subfolder' from the drop down list of options. Type name of folder and click on 'Create Folder' button.

Note: whilst creating a new folder/subfolder, you will have the option of altering where it is stored by using the drop down 'Create as a subfolder of:'
