Duplicate folder in Thunderbird
I am using Thunderbird 78.12.0 A duplicate folder (Peter) has appeared in one of my two email accounts. The second folder cannot be moved or deleted. Repair does nothing. How can I get rid of it?

Both the peter at the bottom and the folder you have marked in purple have the sent mail icon. So it would appear you have a basic conflict between what your mail provider sets as the sent folder and what you have set Given there is a third sent folder called sent.
The top Peter has sub folders, so it would depend on what those sub folders containing mail are as to what if anything you could do with it.
Right click the account in the folder pane and select settings then synchronization and storage and then the advanced button.
Make sure all folders in the account are selected for offline use. and take note of the folder names with that sent mail paper plane icon. There should only be one.
Now go to the copies and folders and make sure the sent is set to the folder from synchronization and storage that has the correct icon.
Now expand all the folders by clicking on the > beside the folder names so sun folders are visible and repeat that image you posted and we will see if things look better.

Sorry for the delay in responding, but family issues have taken precedence.
I note that "Copies & Folders" and "Synchronisation & Storage" appear under psr@inner.blue, not psr@blueyonder.co.uk (which has only Junk Settings and Disk Space).
"Make sure all folders in the account are selected for offline use" I assume you mean the "Download" button is ticked, as that is the only option in the "Items for Offline Use" page. The only folders there that are not ticked are Archives, Junk and Deleted.
Neither of the Peter folders appear in that list, so I am unsure what to do.
Also, I am confused about the "sent" folder. In copies and Folders it is set to Other (Sent on psr@inner.blue) which appears to be the same as the radio button above ("Sent" Folder on psr@inner.blue).

So the inner.blue mail account is an imap account and nothing to do with the blueyonder account. Ignore it.
This sounds like you have renamed 'Local Folders' to the blueyonder email address. It would also explain why you have the Outbox folder in that account. So this looks like you set up the blueyonder email account as a POP account and also set it up as a deferred account more commonly known as 'Global Inbox'.
In 'Account Settings' do you have one account with the @inner.blue email address AND two accounts shown as the @blueyonder email address? Please post an image showing the 'Account Settings' window.
Possibility: Q: Was that @blueyonder email address an old pop or imap account which you copied all emails over to the 'Local Folders' account before deleting the @blueyonder mail account? And then you renamed 'Local Folders' to say the blueyonder email address ?
I have two separate email accounts. I have not renamed local folders. There are two separate inboxes.
I am away from my PC and using a mobile phone. This also has the two accounts and appears identical to the PC version, except it does not duplicate the Peter folder.
