Dear guys,

Last time we have issues with Firefox installed in our corporate network:

sometimes we are not able to load sites on different tabs, a browser refuses to load them at all. Reload function doesn’t work also, but after closing and opening again the browser is able to load sites in a normal way. This issues is observed during a day with no visual reasons on different computers with different users.

OS information: Windows 10 Pro 21H1 19043.1110

Meanwhile Firefox installed on home computers of the same users has no issues, so we can assume that the problem is in firewall restrictions. Does anybody have the same issues? What we shall do to fix them?

Is there any real difference between your corporate and home browser versions? What are you using for your home ISP? I assume you are using a different service at work.

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
