Does this still happen if you set the Bookmarks Toolbar to be visible permanently ?
You can right-click free space on the Navigation Toolbar or right-click the "3-bar" Firefox menu button to select what toolbars to appear open the Bookmarks Toolbar sub menu and change the Bookmarks Toolbar setting to "Always Show".

I think it's very clear that when I move on the youtube tab it resizes very strangely. This does not happen in any other browser.
It might just be the focus going from one tab to the other. Does this cause any issue other than the bounce?
Check your zoom controls.
<Control> (Mac=<Command>) + (plus) enlarge - (minus) reduce 0 (zero) restore
Is a fresh install and I didn't zoom in or out on the youtube tab. There is no other issue only this but it is strange that it only happens on Firefox.
Looking at it, the issue may be caused by the bookmark bar's disappearance and reappearance.
I was not able to recreate, under multiple zoom levels, under both a heavily modified profile and a completely vanilla profile on version 96.0b8 under Linux.
edit: I also tried at non-normal zoom levels (10% and 10000%). Still no recreation.

Yes. When I disabled bookmarks bar is working correctly. But I don't think that should happen to a top browser. I hope it will be resolved soon.

Yes, it does not happen when it is set to permanently visible.I would have preferred to be able to set my bookmarks to appear only on the new tab so as not to lose visibility, but that resizing is annoying. Maybe it's just a personal preference.
Thanks everyone for the reply!
